Biogrep Install Notes:

Biogrep should be very easy to install
on any unix-like system.  For windows,
installations please try to use the
Cygwin unix-emulation software.

Steps:

prompt> tar zxvf biogrep-1.0.tar.gz
prompt> cd biogrep-1.0
prompt> ./configure
prompt> make
prompt> make install

Of course, you must have root privledges to
do the make install.  If you do not, simply
copy the biogrep binary in the biogrep-1.0/src
directory to your own personal binary directory,
or add biogrep-1.0/src to your path.
